Day Ten of Twenty-Seven

@8:00 blueberry muffin and a double shot frappichino
@12:00 three slices of pizza and half a seven up
@8:00 mac 'n cheese and chocolate milk

I started out well this morning but did not end up that way around lunch time. No good :( and I havent worked out in two days!!! uh oh! Gotta get back on track.

Day Nine of Twenty-Seven

@6:30 1/2 a blueberry muffin
@10:00 peanut butter crackers
@11:00 Snapple antioxidant water
@4:00 small bowl of mac 'n cheese and four crackers/cheese slices
@8:00 Cinnamon applesauce

So far so good today! I am trying to make my food intake lower by eating less at each meal. I am also eating more fruit and vegetables. I have cut out cake, ice cream, popsicles, and any dessert I once loved. My cravings for those things aren't really haunting me all the time either. Hopefully I can keep this up!

THE WEIGHT I HAVE LOST


Today I weighed myself and I came in at 130lbs exactly!!! I weighed myself after working out at the YMCA today. I am so glad to be making progress.

@8:00 half of a cheese muffin and a chocolate milk
@4:00 Jr. burger cut and dry with ketchup at whataburger
@9:00 small bowl of mac n cheese, a bowl of blueberries and three strawberries

I am staying on track so far today! yippie for losing weight!
